Eva Gonzales

When I first walked in- I was without a doubt nervous and had thoughts of canceling due to my lack of dental care- I was scared I’d be judged or laughed at due to no insurance for years to afford the care I needed, that is until now.

I walked in impressed how they addressed me. “Hi Eva” even just a simple greeting made me feel better.

I went into the back and immediately felt my heart drop- “I should have canceled” I thought to myself. That is until the Dental assistant I believe her name is Sarah. “Don’t worry about anything at all we have seen and heard it all- it is ok to tell me what you would like done” I felt instantly better, again.

After doing some X-rays I was impressed how gentle she was AND quick!

The next day i came back from my procedure and met more with the doctor- she was without a doubt very polite but not only with me but with her staff. She made sure I was comfortable and noticed I started to panic in my chair and said she was going to be gentle and to try and relax. She not once lost her patience. I needed that and in turn I calmed down.

The next day I went back and was helped and the young lady (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) did my teeth bleaching was also so gentle- she checked on me and if I needed to tap out she said she understood and didn’t make me feel guilty or horrible.

And the to top it off- SANDRA the office manager- absolutely amazing human. I am glad to have met her and continue to work with her. She makes me feel like I’ve known her for a while and I just am overall grateful for her.

I will be happy to return and continue to return to them. They’re all amazing! And thank you for being so sweet and gentle,

And helping me overcome my fears even at my age. lol

Thank you! Over and over again!
